Essential oils and aromatherapy are a holistic treatment approach that can be effective when used to treat the pain, depression, brain fog, insomnia and other symptoms that make up the syndrome of Fibromyalgia. The use of essential oils is a therapy used for caring for the mind, body and spirit with pleasant smelling botanical oils, such as rose, sandalwood, lemon, lavender, sweet orange and peppermint.

* have diuretic properties, good for edema, weightloss
